We have entered Simon Higgins into the Employee of the Year for the Service with a Smile Awards. Simon started at the Bushrangers as a kitchenhand when he was just 15 and continued with us throughout school. When he finished his HSC he took a gap year from Uni and worked fulltime with us on the floor in the Restaurant. Simon then commenced Uni and still supports himself through employment with the Bushrangers. He is incredibly committed and driven with a particular focus on wine and food matching of which he is passionate about sharing his knowledge with our customers.
